Head of Quality Assurance and Control

• Assuming overall responsibility for QA and QC at the site
• Further developing the quality organization across the site and company
• Ensuring and advancing a GMP/GDP-compliant quality management system
• Managing and optimizing central quality systems (deviations, CAPA, change control)
• Ensuring quality testing and approval of materials and products
• Leading and supporting audits and inspections, and implementing measures
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting product developments and transfers
• Analyzing quality metrics and initiating continuous improvements
• Coordinating collaboration with production, development, and management
• Leading and organizing a quality organization of around 140 employees

• Completed degree in natural sciences (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology)
• Several years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical quality environment
• In-depth knowledge of GMP/GDP and regulatory requirements
• Experience in handling audits and inspections
• Strategic thinking and structured, solution-oriented work approach
• Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of the role of QA and QC in the supply chain
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German and English skills
• QP qualification is an advantage
