You are responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy in Continental Europe, ensuring a consistent brand presence. You combine strategic leadership with hands-on operational tasks and lead a small regional team.

Your responsibilities

Developing and implementing the marketing strategy for Continental Europe in alignment with the global brand strategy
Ensuring a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints
Planning, managing, and optimizing the regional marketing budget
Operational execution of core marketing campaigns
Planning and executing product launches through retail channels
Planning and executing product launches through digital channels
Planning and organizing trade shows
Planning and executing customer events
Leading and developing the regional marketing team (currently 1 direct report)
Coordination with international stakeholders in a matrix environment

Your profile

Several years of experience in marketing with a focus on business impact and growth
Experience in combining strategic responsibility and operational execution
Extensive knowledge in brand management
Experience in cross-channel marketing
Demonstrable budget responsibility
Experience in project and campaign management
Experience with go-to-market activities and product launches
Leadership experience (leading a small team / 1 direct report)
Hands-on mentality and high level of self-responsibility
Excellent German and English skills (at least B2)
