Head of IT & OT Operations

• Assume overall responsibility for IT & OT operations at the Pernhofen and Vienna locations.
• Lead and develop a team of 6–8 direct reports.
• Ensure 24/7 operations.
• Further develop IT/OT structures together with the team.
• Implement the global IT/OT strategy.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance (e.g., NIS2).
• Take responsibility for the operation, stability, and further development of the entire IT/OT system landscape.
• Manage and implement digitalization and automation projects.
• Coordinate external service providers.
• Continuously improve processes and KPIs.

• Completed degree or training in IT, computer science, automation, or similar.
• Several years of experience in IT & OT operations, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Experience in leading teams and operating 24/7 environments.
• Solid knowledge of IT/OT infrastructures.
• Solid knowledge of cyber security.
• Experience in digitalization and automation projects.
• SAP or MES knowledge is an advantage.
• Confident, assertive personality with a hands-on mentality and high self-initiative.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent German and English skills
