Head of Integrated Management Systems

• Lead and develop the "Integrated Management Systems" department with 15 employees
• Assume strategic and operational responsibility for quality management
• Oversee occupational safety in the assigned area
• Oversee environmental management
• Oversee energy management
• Oversee food safety
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as internal and external quality and compliance standards
• Maintain, develop, and harmonize management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and BRCGS
• Implement additional relevant standards like ISO 50001, ISO 45001, and ISO 15378
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits, and manage certification and client audits

• Completed higher technical education (e.g., HTL, FH, or university)
• Several years of managerial experience in quality management / integrated management systems in an industrial environment
• Industry experience in the chemical, plastics, medical, or food packaging sector (desirable)
• Auditor training
• EOQ certificate QII, QM, or QB
• Fluent English skills at negotiation level
• Structured, analytical, and risk-based working style
• High awareness of quality and security
