Your responsibilities

Definition of a global supply chain strategy
Development of the global supply chain structure
Optimization of international supply chain structure
Harmonization of processes between purchasing, production, logistics, and sales
Strategic selection, auditing, and development of global suppliers
Securing supply chains against geopolitical and economic risks
Introduction and advancement of modern tools for the supply chain
Optimization of enterprise resource planning and supply chain software landscapes
Disciplinary and professional leadership of international supply chain teams
Optimization of working capital and inventory levels with maximum delivery reliability

Your profile

Completed studies in industrial engineering or business administration with a focus on supply chain management/logistics or a comparable qualification
Several years of profound experience in supply chain management
Proven leadership success in intercultural, global teams
Hands-on mentality combined with strategic foresight
Deep understanding of enterprise resource planning systems and supply chain management software
Experience in harmonizing purchasing, production, logistics, and sales processes
Knowledge in risk management to secure supply chains against geopolitical and economic risks
Negotiable German proficiency
Fluent English skills at negotiation level
Willingness to travel internationally
