You take on overall responsibility for the financial sector and manage areas such as accounting, controlling, financing, compliance, and ESG reporting. In this role, you lead a finance team and act as a sparring partner to the management, providing robust decision-making foundations.

Your responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the financial sector
Management of accounting and tax matters
Development and enhancement of controlling and reporting structures
Management of financing and cash management
Ensuring internal control and compliance
Development and maintenance of ESG/sustainability reporting
Responsibility for insurance matters
Professional and disciplinary leadership of the finance team
Development and implementation of a future-oriented financial strategy
Management of cross-departmental projects for the development of the finance setup

Your profile

Years of professional experience in a generalist financial role
In-depth knowledge in controlling
Solid knowledge in accounting
In-depth knowledge in financial management
Background in auditing (desirable)
Several years of leadership experience
Ability to develop and motivate teams
Strong understanding of business contexts and entrepreneurial management
High implementation strength combined with strategic thinking ability
Confident demeanor and strong communication skills at management level
