In this leadership role, you are responsible for facility and environmental management and its sustainable development. You ensure the reliable operation of buildings and technical systems, combining operational technical tasks with strategic process design.

Your responsibilities

Lead and develop the facility team (technology & cleaning)
Ensure the smooth operation of buildings and technical systems (HVAC, electrical)
Plan and manage maintenance and repair projects
Plan and manage renovation and special projects
Actively contribute to technical issues
Strategically develop processes in facility and environmental management
Manage external service providers, including offer preparation, awarding, and price negotiations
Perform quality, cost, and schedule control
Monitor compliance with legal inspection, safety, and environmental regulations (including Health & Safety and fire protection)
Conduct and accompany internal and external audits, and implement environmental and sustainability measures based on process analyses

Your profile

Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, or equivalent)
Several years of experience in facility management or a comparable technical environment
Knowledge of building technology (HVAC)
Knowledge in electrical installations and technology
Knowledge in fire protection
Knowledge in energy, environmental, or sustainability management (ideally)
Experience in managing projects and external service providers
Leadership experience or potential to assume a people-lead role
Strong technical and economic understanding, along with a hands-on mentality
Structured, solution-oriented approach, strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as good IT knowledge
