You take on the technical leadership for Accounting and Controlling and are responsible for managing all financial processes as well as finance and liquidity management. In this role, you will lead a team, further develop processes and reporting structures, and work closely with management.

Your responsibilities

Leadership and development of the Accounting team
Management of financial and liquidity processes
Conducting the budgeting process
Preparation of interim forecasts
Analysis of business-related issues and preparation of decision-making templates
Coordination and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for four companies
Consolidation according to the requirements of the Unternehmensgesetzbuch and internal group guidelines
Preparation and support of monthly reporting, including variance analyses
Responsibility for the ERP system and consolidation software

Your profile

Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
Preferred: Focus on Finance and Accounting
Several years of professional experience in Accounting and Controlling
Experience in leading and developing employees
High IT affinity
Proficient in common financial software and ERP systems
Ideally, experience with the ERP system used
Ideally, experience with consolidation software
German language skills at least B2.
Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and willingness to take on responsibility
