Head of PR & Media

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive media and communication strategy
• Leadership and further development of the PR & Media team
• Coordination of cross-functional collaboration with other teams
• Management of media planning
• Prioritization of relevant topics and media formats for online, print, and video
• Strategic advancement of public relations to position global church topics
• Conducting journalistic research
• Preparation of topics and editorial work
• Moderation of events, panel discussions, and interviews
• Support for digital formats and video productions

• Completed training in journalism, communication, media, or public relations
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• In-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for church and socio-political topics
• Interest in current global church developments
• Experience in strategic communication work
• Experience in coordinating or leadership roles is desirable
• Identification with the values and mission of the organization
• Excellent editorial skills, polished writing style, and a knack for storytelling
• Strong understanding of imagery and proficiency in visual communication
• Excellent MS Office skills and English proficiency (at least B2)
