Head of QA Copacking
You will lead and further develop the international quality assurance teams and implement the global quality strategy. In doing so, you will coordinate quality management systems, manage CAPA and continuous improvement processes, and work closely with relevant interfaces.
Your responsibilities
- Implementation of the global quality strategy
- Coordination with the Head of Group Quality
- Leadership of international quality assurance teams
- Development of QA teams
- Coordination of international QA structures
- Ensuring compliance with ISO standards
- Ensuring compliance with GMP requirements
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP requirements
- Ensuring compliance with GFSI requirements
- Further development of quality management systems
- Harmonization of QM systems and processes
- Monitoring existing quality processes
- Management of CAPA processes
- Management of risk management processes
- Management of continuous improvement measures
Your profile
- Completed studies in a technical, scientific, or quality-related field
- Several years of experience in a senior quality function
- Experience in an international environment
- Experience working with global quality structures
- Experience in matrix organizations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Competence in stakeholder management
- Intercultural competence
- Strategic thinking ability
- Pragmatic implementation strength
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel internationally
