You lead the marketing of a franchise system for the DACH region, focusing on central member acquisition and brand strategic alignment. Key responsibilities also include implementing campaigns, maintaining the website, and developing and managing marketing automation processes in HubSpot.

Your responsibilities

Strategic leadership of central member acquisition
Planning of central campaigns for the DACH region
Activation and coordination of regional partners
Responsibility for brand strategic alignment across all channels
Design and implementation of email campaigns and newsletters
Creation of social media content and maintenance of landing pages
Conducting A/B tests to optimize campaigns
Further development of the website and management of marketing assets
Building and maintaining marketing automation workflows in HubSpot
Briefing and management of external agencies, copywriters, and service providers

Your profile

Several years of experience in operational marketing
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role (ideally)
Practical experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation tool
Strong creativity and structured, process-oriented working style
Residence in Upper Austria, Aurach am Hongar region or nearby
Onsite presence required 2–3 days per week
German fluent (C1)
English at a good level (B2)
Independent working
Communication skills and initiative
