You are responsible for the strategic development of the digital content offerings and shape editorial processes using an AI platform. In close coordination with editorial, product management, and marketing, you develop new formats and manage their production and distribution.

Your responsibilities

Planning of digital content offerings
Management of digital content operations
Continuous optimization of digital offerings
Development of new content formats
Exploration of new distribution channels
Building, maintaining, and utilizing a knowledge pool for content reuse
Further development of editorial processes using an AI platform
Strategic selection and preparation of relevant content
Distribution of content across all channels, including AI-supported search
Leading cross-team change and development processes in collaboration with editorial, product management, and marketing

Your profile

Several years of experience in digital content management, online journalism, or a similar role
Strong digital understanding
Interest in new media developments
Experience in planning and preparing content for diverse platforms
Experience in curating content for various platforms
Practical experience with AI-supported content creation
Understanding of data-driven content optimization
Understanding of user needs
Strong communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach
Passion for TV, streaming, cinema, and entertainment
