• Managing the global marketing of machinery and plant solutions in PET recycling
• Further development of the portfolio in consideration of the market strategy
• Identification and exploitation of market potential
• Reducing manufacturing costs to increase profitability
• Leading internationally distributed Application Sales Managers and Key Account Managers
• Regular management and prioritization of revenue, growth, and market activities
• Analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and price level developments
• Further development of market and sales strategy
• Translating customer and sales feedback into portfolio and product decisions
• Close collaboration with product management, engineering, research & development, and marketing
• Guiding and coordinating complex customer projects
• Representing the application in internal and external networks
• Ensuring the implementation of strategic market positions in daily operations
• Promoting the contribution of the application to the company's success

• Experience in international technical sales of complex capital goods
• Proven leadership experience in application or product line management
• Familiarity with revenue and profit responsibility
• Knowledge in pricing and portfolio management
• Experience in market analysis and business development
• Technical background in mechanical engineering, plastics, polymer, packaging industry, recycling, or beverage industry is a plus
• Ability to lead international teams, even remotely
• Entrepreneurial, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
• Confident communication at management level
• Proficiency in handling intercultural situations
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 15–20%
