Leadership and overall responsibility for the Finance & Controlling department, reporting directly to management. Focus on financial statements according to UGB, liquidity planning, controlling, and leading and developing a small finance team.

Your responsibilities

Overall responsibility for Finance & Controlling of the group
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to UGB
Coordination with tax consulting, auditing, and group controlling
Creation of budgets, forecasts, and liquidity and financial plans
Leading and developing the finance team
Management of office and administrative tasks in the finance area
Preparation of reports, financial analyses, and decision-making foundations for management
Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (e.g., Blackline)
Optimization and digitalization of financial processes and structures

Your profile

Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or comparable education
Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
Experience in an international environment or in corporate structures (desirable)
Big-4 experience (desirable)
Experience with UGB accounting up to the trial balance
Comprehensive controlling knowledge
Knowledge in process optimization
Several years of experience in staff management
German language skills at least B2.
English skills at least B1
