Leading a database and business intelligence team with responsibility for technical stability, resource allocation, and budget. The key task is to further develop database, BI, interface, and data architecture solutions and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

Leadership and advancement of the Database & Business Intelligence Team
Managing the team's human resources
Managing and monitoring the budget for the department
Setting and prioritizing tasks and projects
Ensuring operational stability of database and BI systems
Further development of database solutions
Further development of business intelligence solutions
Further development of interface and data architectures
Coordination with clients and management on requirements
Coordination with departments and external partners

Your profile

Completed IT-related education or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in IT
Experience with relational databases
Experience with business intelligence and data analysis
Experience in software development or data management
Leadership experience with responsibility for staff
Responsibility for resources, priorities, and operational results
Very good German skills (at least B2)
Good English skills (at least B1)
Clear communication skills and decisiveness
