You will take on the technical and organizational responsibility for further developing an in-house, international accounting software and e-invoicing systems. Key tasks include ensuring the system implementation of regulatory requirements and driving innovations in digital financial processes, automation, and the use of AI.

Your responsibilities

Leadership of the IT Coordination Accounting team (both technical and disciplinary)
Strategic development of international accounting and e-invoicing systems
Operational management of the further development of existing systems
Ensuring compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements in accounting and e-invoicing
Management and coordination of product development for digital accounting processes and electronic invoicing
Driving automation and AI initiatives in financial processes
Close collaboration with finance, accounting, and IT departments
Analysis of technical requirements
Translation of technical requirements into technical solution concepts
Coordination with the software development team and external IT partners for system implementation

Your profile

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of leadership experience
In-depth understanding of accounting processes
In-depth understanding of ERP processes
Experience in the field of e-invoicing and digital business processes (desirable)
Experience in an international corporate environment (advantageous)
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as process understanding
