Group Consolidation Manager
We are looking for an experienced Group Consolidation Manager to manage the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements. You will work in an international environment and be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures.
Your responsibilities
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow
- Reviewing consolidated financial statements
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS and other accounting standards
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
- Participating in the development of consolidation guidelines
- Guiding subsidiaries on consolidation matters
- Monitoring intercompany transactions
- Reconciling balances between subsidiaries
- Establishing and maintaining internal control systems in the consolidation process
- Adjusting the consolidation system for hierarchies, accounts, cost centers, and exchange rates
- Supporting business analyses for cost optimization and investment decisions
Your profile
- Degree in Finance or Business
- At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Ideally, experience in auditing or consulting, preferably with global leading companies
- Recognized financial qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or similar
- Very good Excel skills
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Knowledge of LucaNet is an advantage
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
- Basic German skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Independent and proactive working style
- Outstanding communication skills
- Confident demeanor
