We are seeking an experienced leader as Global Head of Supply Chain Management (m/f/d). You will be responsible for the strategic realignment and operational development of global supply chains.

Your responsibilities

Defining the global supply chain strategy
Establishing a global supply chain structure
Continuous optimization of the international supply chain architecture
Harmonizing processes between procurement and production
Harmonizing processes between production and logistics
Harmonizing processes between logistics and sales
Strategic selection of global suppliers
Conducting supplier audits and assessments
Developing and promoting global suppliers
Securing supply chains against geopolitical risks
Securing supply chains against economic risks
Implementing modern SCM tools, ERP systems, and AI solutions
Optimizing existing SCM and ERP systems
Disciplinary leadership of international SCM teams
Technical leadership of international SCM staff

Your profile

Completed studies in industrial engineering
Completed studies in business administration with a focus on SCM/logistics
Or a comparable qualification
Several years of solid experience in supply chain management
Ideally, experience in international machinery or plant engineering
Proven success in leading intercultural teams
Proven success in leading global teams
Hands-on mentality (SME mindset)
Strategic foresight
Deep understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Knowledge of SCM software
Negotiable German proficiency
Fluent English skills at negotiation level
Additional language skills are advantageous
Willingness to travel internationally
