Leadership of the Laboratory & Technology division with overall economic responsibility and strategic implementation. Core tasks include leading and developing the lab team, as well as developing special construction materials and innovative concrete while ensuring quality assurance.

Your responsibilities

Taking on overall economic responsibility
Implementation of corporate strategy
Optimization of formulation costs while adhering to current standards and guidelines
Evaluation of new concepts for improving formulations
Development of special construction materials
Development of innovative concrete
Supporting sales to enhance customer and supplier relationships
Active leadership of the lab team (technologists, laboratory technicians)
Further development of quality assurance for ready-mix concrete as well as sand & gravel
Representation in professional committees and contributing expertise to the development of regulations

Your profile

Completed technical degree (e.g., civil engineering, geology, materials science)
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position
Proven responsibility for comprehensive tasks and employee management
Ideally, experience in the construction materials industry or related fields (industry, construction, etc.)
Extensive experience in sales
Business management know-how
Strong connection to the region
Excellent regional market knowledge
High level of self-responsibility
Entrepreneurial thinking and customer orientation
