You take on overall responsibility for an industrial production site within an international network of plants. Your central task is the strategic and operational management of the site, focusing on efficient, stable, and cost-optimized production, as well as the development of production processes.

Your responsibilities

Lead the production site strategically and operationally
Ensure efficient, stable, and cost-optimized production
Develop production processes further according to lean and automation principles
Implement and manage central corporate programs (e.g., Operational Excellence)
Manage sustainability initiatives (energy efficiency, CO₂ reduction, circular economy)
Take responsibility for quality, occupational safety, sustainability, and compliance
Assume profit and budget responsibility for the site
Lead and develop the local management team and employees
Work closely with central areas of the window and door technology business unit
Prepare and implement strategic investment and modernization projects

Your profile

Completed degree (e.g., industrial engineering, engineering or similar)
Several years of leadership experience in an industrial production environment
Proven track record in managing production sites
Experience in an international network of plants (ideally)
In-depth knowledge of lean management
Knowledge of modern production and automation concepts
Entrepreneurial personality with a hands-on mentality
High decision-making and implementation competence
Strong communication, team orientation, and negotiation skills
Excellent German and English skills (C1)
