For this position, we are seeking an experienced specialist in accounting. You will be responsible for the independent handling of ongoing accounting tasks and work closely with the balance sheet team. This includes various tasks related to financial reporting and liaising with clients and authorities.

Your responsibilities

Independent execution of ongoing accounting for diverse clients
Preparation of VAT preliminary filings
Preparation of other regular reports
Account reconciliation
Maintenance and updating of accounting data
Preparation of monthly financial statements
Involvement in annual financial statements
Close cooperation with the balance sheet department
Communication with clients
Correspondence with authorities and offices
Involvement in the optimization of internal processes
Support in process improvements

Your profile

Completed commercial education (e.g. HAK, HLW, apprenticeship)
Ideally completed bookkeeping examination
Initial professional experience in accounting
Preferably experience in a tax consultancy firm
Good knowledge of IT applications
Proficient in MS Office
Structured working style
Precise and careful task completion
Ability to work independently
Friendly demeanor
Enjoy working with clients
