You will oversee the operational and strategic management of multiple locations, responsible for revenue, cost, and budget objectives, and lead teams across sites.

Your responsibilities

Operational management of the Sigmundsberg and Erlaufsee locations
Strategic leadership and development of the two locations
Responsibility for achieving revenue targets
Management and control of cost development
Budget planning, monitoring, and compliance
Bundling and coordinating regional processes
Ensuring smooth operations at both locations
Regional representation with external stakeholders
Cross-site leadership and management of employees
Team motivation and fostering employee motivation
Targeted development and promotion of employees
Ensuring and further developing hotel standards
Continuous optimization of the guest experience
Strengthening the regional positioning of the locations

Your profile

Degree in hotel management
Several years of leadership experience
Ideally, experience in a cluster or management role
Entrepreneurial thinking
Strong implementation skills
High level of initiative
Commercial foresight
Confident demeanor
Fluent in German
Fluent in English
Willingness for regular presence at all locations
Proficient in MS Office
Proficient use of Google Workspace
Proficient use of modern hotel software
Willingness for full-time employment
