We are seeking an experienced executive to lead multiple hotel locations in a region. You will be responsible for operational management, strategic planning, and team leadership. The focus is on ensuring top-quality service and regional market presence.

Your responsibilities

Operational management of the Gitschtal, Stift Gurk, and Hochrindl locations
Strategic steering of the hotel group in the region
Monitoring and achieving revenue, cost, and budget goals
Coordination of regional workflows and processes
Ensuring smooth hotel operations at all locations
Representing the hotels to the regional public
Cross-location leadership and motivation of staff
Development and promotion of teams with practical leadership mentality
Adhering to and monitoring quality standards
Optimizing guest experience and regional positioning

Your profile

Degree in hotel management
Several years of leadership experience in a cluster or managerial role
Entrepreneurial thinking and strong implementation competencies
Strong initiative
Commercial sense
Confident and professional demeanor
Fluent in German
Fluent in English
Willingness for regular visits to all locations
Proficient in MS Office
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Experience with current hotel software
