You will lead the financial accounting department at a production site and be responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly and annual financial statements according to UGB. Additionally, you will be the main point of contact for authorities, banks, tax advisors, and auditors, and represent payroll when needed.

Your responsibilities

Managing financial accounting at the site
Conducting ongoing financial accounting
Preparing monthly financial statements according to UGB
Preparing annual financial statements according to UGB
Analyzing monthly and annual financial statements
Maintaining the cash book
Submitting timely financial reports
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Assuming payroll duties as a deputy when necessary

Your profile

Completed commercial education with additional qualification as a balance sheet accountant, a degree in business administration focusing on accounting/taxation, or a comparable qualification
Several years of successful professional experience in relevant fields
Preferably experience in a manufacturing company
Knowledge of payroll accounting
Strong numerical understanding
Analytical thinking
Structured, independent, and extremely precise working style
High reliability and loyalty
Fluent proficiency in spoken and written German (C1)
English skills (B1)
