Accountant (20 hours)
This position involves the responsible handling and monitoring of financial transactions on a part-time basis. You are responsible for posting various documents and assisting in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
Your responsibilities
- Check and post incoming invoices
- Check and post outgoing invoices
- Reconcile open items
- Post bank documents
- Post cash receipts
- Prepare VAT returns
- Contribute to monthly profit and loss accounting
- Assist in annual financial statements up to the trial balance
- Communicate with authorities
- Maintain contact with external partners
Your profile
- Completed commercial education (e.g. HAK, HAS, HBLA)
- Successfully passed accountant or balance sheet accountant exam
- Several years of experience in balance sheet accounting
- In-depth knowledge of Austrian tax law
- Good knowledge of BMD NTCS
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- High level of initiative
- Structured working style
- Ability to work independently
- Team-oriented personality
