You take on operational responsibility for production, warehouse, and process control. Additionally, you manage projects, reporting, and productivity improvement measures in the production environment.
Your responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the production of flour
- Overall responsibility for the production of baking ingredients
- Responsibility for warehouse operations at both locations
- Analysis and optimization of internal processes to enhance quality
- Analysis and optimization of internal processes to reduce costs
- Analysis and optimization of internal processes to increase output
- Analysis and optimization of internal processes to boost productivity
- Implementation responsibility for upgrade projects in operations
- Implementation responsibility for integration projects in operations
- Periodic reporting of area-relevant metrics
- Planning and execution of lean management projects in the production environment
- Organization and coordination of maintenance tasks
- Organization and coordination of repair tasks
- Implementation of requirements from regulatory inspections
- Implementation of requirements from audits of all kinds
Your profile
- Completed technical education at university level or equivalent
- Professional experience in the milling industry
- Professional experience in a leadership role
- Experience in process implementation
- Experience in process optimization
- Familiarity with relevant IT systems
- Experience in lean management
- Experience in managing employees
- Responsible work ethic
- Structured working style
- Affinity for problem-solving
- Excellent analytical skills
- Organizational talent
- Strong orientation towards key figures
- English skills at least B1
