Your responsibilities

Manage the operations in construction waste disposal and material recycling
Develop processes, systems, and technical procedures
Lead and develop the operations team
Ensure a safe working environment
Ensure the economic viability of the site
Participate in technical innovation and investment projects
Create sustainable solutions in the circular economy
Ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and safety standards
Act as the central contact for customers, authorities, and partner companies
Closely collaborate with management and provide improvement suggestions

Your profile

Completed technical education (University of Applied Sciences or university)
Ideally trained in environmental technology
Ideally trained in construction engineering
Ideally trained in mechanical engineering
Ideally trained in process engineering
Experience in the construction, waste management, recycling, or industrial sector
Leadership experience
Technical understanding of systems, machinery, and operational processes
Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented actions
Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, and appreciative leadership style
