In this leadership role, you assume overall responsibility for the technical execution of construction projects in single and two-family house construction. You ensure that quality, schedules, costs, and customer communication are aligned throughout the entire project and lead the construction management team.

Your responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for construction projects in single and two-family house construction
Manage quality objectives throughout the entire project duration
Monitor schedules and adhere to deadlines
Control and manage project costs
Accompany clients from internal project handover to house handover
Lead and develop an interdisciplinary construction management team
Optimize processes and procedures in construction management
Coordinate with sales, planning, sampling, procurement, production, and management
Ensure transparent and service-oriented customer communication
Manage contract matters during the project

Your profile

Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification
Several years of experience in construction management in structural engineering
Experience in leading teams in construction
Excellent knowledge in construction process planning
In-depth knowledge of contract law
Experience in project management
Expertise in cost management of construction projects
Proficiency with modern digital tools and construction planning software
Clear and appreciative communication skills
Decisiveness, sense of responsibility, and solution-oriented thinking
