Head of Production Finishing

• Leading employees in the final assembly area (both technically and disciplinarily)
• Encouraging and developing employees and team leaders

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, master craftsman, technical college, university of applied sciences, or equivalent)
• Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing company
• Experience in managing production areas and teams
• Knowledge of lean management (advantageous)
• Experience in process optimization (advantageous)
• Experience with production metrics (advantageous)
