Your responsibilities

Leading the department team with a focus on motivation and development
Encouraging individual strengths and supporting employee development
Needs-oriented team deployment to ensure consultancy and service
Assuming professional responsibility for the department
Assuming organizational responsibility for the department
Assuming economic responsibility for the department
Managing daily operations and processes
Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines, and legal requirements
Monitoring relevant key figures and deriving targeted measures
Continuous development of the department

Your profile

Initial or several years of experience in team leadership (desirable)
Ideally experience in wholesale, retail, or a similar service-oriented environment
Committed, motivating personality
Willingness to take on responsibility
Enjoyment in interacting with customers, colleagues, and external partners
Responsible and solution-oriented approach
High affinity for processes and systems
Structured working style
Proficient in using the PC and digital tools
Knowledge of or willingness to quickly familiarize oneself with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive)
