Manage the department for KIS applications, ensuring stable operations and strategic development of the systems. Central tasks include overseeing IT projects and providing professional and personnel leadership for the team.

Your responsibilities

Ensure the stable operation of the KIS applications
Continuously develop the KIS systems through regular releases
Design and implement a strategic KIS roadmap
Contribute to nationwide IT developments in Austria (focus on KIS backend)
Lead the department including personnel responsibility
Promote and develop employees
Plan, manage, and prioritize IT projects
Responsible for budget and resource planning for projects
Optimize existing processes and implement new technologies
Manage external partners and coordinate with internal stakeholders

Your profile

Completed IT education (e.g., HTL, FH, university)
At least five years of solid IT experience
Experience in the KIS field (desirable)
Several years of leadership experience, ideally at least three years
Knowledge of ITIL or comparable frameworks (advantageous)
Experience in managing IT projects
Experience in budget and resource planning
Strategic thinking ability
Structured work approach with an eye for sustainable solutions
Strong solution orientation, team spirit, and sense of responsibility
