Leading an IT and communications department with responsibility for infrastructure, security, applications, and service. The main task is the personnel and professional leadership as well as strategic management of the budget, external service providers, and modern software solutions.

Your responsibilities

Assuming content leadership of the department
Assuming personnel leadership of the department
Shaping the strategic development of the IT department
Further developing the IT infrastructure and IT security together with team leads
Enhancing the applications landscape and service orientation
Conducting transparent budget planning
Creating meaningful performance dashboards and ensuring regular reporting
Managing external service providers and negotiating SLAs
Supporting the election office in conducting elections
Driving forward modern software solutions, particularly CRM, data management, and digital service

Your profile

Completed university degree in computer science or business informatics
Several years of professional experience in IT management
Strong leadership skills
Confident decision-making ability
Strengths in change management
Strong analytical skills
Commercial understanding
Responsible handling of budgets and resources
High affinity for new technologies and modern software landscapes, especially CRM systems and digital platforms
Negotiation skills and strong communication
