Your responsibilities

Client care and maintenance
Implementation of agreed departmental goals
Implementation of the company strategy within the department
Development of departmental strategies
Introduction of measures for quality and efficiency improvement
Ensuring process-compliant workflows
Managing structures and processes with internal and external service providers
Creation and monitoring of the departmental budget
Reporting to branch management
Leadership, development, and communication with employees

Your profile

Experience in logistics (required)
Experience in a similar position (advantageous)
Fluent in German
Very good English skills (advantageous)
