We are seeking an experienced leader responsible for marketing OTC and Rx products. The position includes managing the marketing mix and leading a product management team in an international environment.
Your responsibilities
- Strategic management of the marketing mix for OTC and Rx products
- Operational control of the entire marketing mix
- Responsibility for a selected product within the portfolio
- Leadership and development of the product management team
- Development of brand and product strategies
- Adaptation and implementation of these strategies
- Close collaboration with international marketing managers
- Coordination of cross-border projects
- Management of external marketing partners
- Responsibility for budget and results
Your profile
- Several years of marketing or product management experience in an international pharmaceutical environment
- In-depth knowledge in the OTC sector
- Ideally, also experience in the Rx sector
- Good understanding of consumer marketing
- Proven initial leadership experience
- Experience in international corporate structures
- Experience in global coordination management
- Strong communication skills
- Diplomatic skills
- Strong initiative ("do-er mentality")
- Strategic thinking ability
