You will lead and further develop a forward-looking HR organization. In doing so, you will manage all employee lifecycle processes and lead an international HR team. Additionally, you will advise the management on HR-related issues.
Your responsibilities
- Further develop a forward-looking HR organization
- Take overall responsibility for HR processes
- Manage recruiting.
- Conduct workforce planning
- Take responsibility for Compensation & Benefits
- Organize payroll
- Ensure HR controlling and reporting
- Lead HR teams in Austria and internationally
- Advise the board strategically on HR matters
- Be responsible for labor law issues
- Shape collaboration with employee representatives
Your profile
- Completed degree or university course with HR focus
- Several years of leadership experience in a modern HR unit
- Experience in the financial sector preferred
- Interest in digitalization
- Knowledge in process optimization and development
- In-depth knowledge of Austrian labor law
- Experience in collaborating with employee representatives
- Fluent in English
- Confident working in an international environment
- Willingness to travel
- Strong communication and assertiveness
