Senior Manager Strategy
You are responsible for the development and implementation of strategic transformation projects, translating complex strategies into concrete actions. You work closely with management and the board to further develop strategic direction.
Your responsibilities
- Design strategic transformation initiatives
- Drive transformation initiatives forward with management
- Analyze new business fields
- Evaluate and assess growth opportunities
- Review and support M&A and cooperation opportunities
- Identify automation potential along the value chain
- Identify digitization potential along the value chain
- Identify potential for AI deployment
- Create business cases
- Develop decision-making bases for the board and top management
- Prepare presentations and status reports for the board and top management
- Manage and strategically direct relevant programs
- Establish project and governance structures in a hybrid-agile environment
Your profile
- Several years of experience in strategy
- Several years of experience in transformation
- Several years of experience in management consulting or technology consulting
- Experience in the fintech environment or a comparable area
- Experience with strategic projects is an advantage
- Experience in organizational development is an advantage
- Experience in digitization topics is an advantage
- Experience with M&A topics is an advantage
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
- Strong understanding of business models
- Good knowledge of processes
- Understanding of economic contexts
- Interest in new technologies, especially AI and automation
- High communication skills
